All desserts from out-take out case that are brought into our full-service dining areas will be charged a plating fee of $3.00*. Cakes/Desserts brought into our dining areas from elsewhere will be charged a plating fee of $4.50 per person*. *This fee covers expenses of staff labor, plate & utensil maintenance, berries, sauces, etc. that accommodate all dessert plates served in our dining rooms and patio.
